Refund Policy and Delivery Policy

REFUND POLICY

Macros To Go offers all of our clients the ability to opt out of their Subscription Plan at any time. Just sign into your account on this page, and then hit the "Manage Subscriptions" Button once you're logged in. There, you will have the option to cancel or edit your subscription plan.

 

**Please note- Pauses, Cancellations, or any Edits to subscriptions, payments, deliveries, or anything else pertaining to the delivery of Meal Plan services, must be submitted before our weekly deadline which is every Thursday at 9:00 PM. After our cutoff time, orders enter the production schedule and are unable to be removed. Refunds will not be issued for meals in production. THIS INCLUDES ANY REQUESTS BEING MADE FOR THE ENTIRE FOLLOWING WEEK.

 

By placing a Subscription Order, you also acknowledge and agree, that by purchasing this product, you acknowledge that you are no way entitled to a refund AFTER 14 days of the purchase date in any way shape or form. You also agree & acknowledge that by purchasing meals from Macros To Go, you are buying a subscription service that bills weekly, according to the plan you purchased.

 

You also agree that the “date of cancellation” used for refund purposes will be the date that you cancelled via your account here, and until the cancellation is recorded, your account will be considered “active.”  

No Refunds will be granted for Active Subscriptions after the weekly cutoff day and time listed above, without other outstanding circumstances, which are determined at the sole discretion of Macros To Go. 


DELIVERY POLICY

By purchasing Macros To Go Meal Prep Subscription Services, you are are also agreeing to be solely responsible and available to receive Meal Deliveries within the allotted time frame provided by Macros To Go.  Any special delivery requests (including, but not limited to, delivery with Temperature Controlled Cooling bags or a desired specific delivery time within or outside the specified delivery time frame given by Macros To Go) needs to be made 48 hours prior to the date of the effected delivery.  Without this notice, you are solely responsible for accepting, securing, and refrigerating your meals upon delivery within this specified delivery time frame, and Macros To Go is not liable for replacing or refunding of any meals affected.
